How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?

We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 48 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way valve to let CO2 escape while preventing oxygen from entering, ensuring peak flavor upon arrival.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship our mythical blends throughout North America and Europe. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is a quality issue or a shipping error, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

What is the difference between your 'Light' and 'Dark' roasts?

Our Light Roasts highlight the unique origin flavors and acidity of the bean, while our Dark Roasts offer a bolder, smokier profile with notes of chocolate and toasted nuts.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We work directly with small-scale farmers and cooperatives to ensure fair wages and sustainable farming practices that protect the local ecosystems.

Do you provide pre-ground coffee or only whole bean?

While we recommend whole bean for maximum freshness, we offer several grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, and French Press to suit your brewing method.
