At Mythical Coffee, we want every brew to be legendary; if your beans or gear don't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we can only accept returns on unopened bags or instances of quality defects.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused item or unopened coffee bag in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back at our roastery safely.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement beans within 3-5 business days.
